- Planning and supervision of campus building cleaning operations, including procurement project planning, cleaning task allocation and staffing, contract compliance verification, campus environment inspection reporting, and improvement tracking.
- Planning and supervision of university-wide labor outsourcing services, including staffing allocation for outsourced personnel and work management verification.
- Oversee procurement operations, including assisting with specification review, preparing tender documents, posting online notices, conducting bid opening and negotiations, drafting contracts, convening selection meetings, handling acceptance procedures, and processing final payments. - Cleaning operations for campus water tanks and reservoirs.
- Bidding processes for scrap disposal and venue leasing.
- Management of technical staff and janitors, including job assignments, application and interpretation of personnel regulations, workforce allocation calculations, annual performance evaluations, retirement procedures, and other human resources management tasks. Also handles janitorial forums and matters related to the "Labor Retirement Reserve Fund Oversight Committee."
- Implementation of campus disaster response and post-disaster recovery operations.
